Day 2

Today I took my run and ran with it!!  I am on day 2 of the 4 week beginner's running guide found here.
I felt nauseous by the end but I finished it!   I enjoyed the chance to clear my head tonight and focus on nothing but the act of running. Not sure I am ready for day 3 so I may repeat day 2 and see from there (the guide does say to do this is necessary)! Excited for pilates tomorrow!
