First off I apologize for not keeping up with this series the last couple of weeks, but I am back and ready to continue the trip down memory lane! For this week's Way Back When-sday I thought I'd take you back to my time as a Girl Scout. I spent many years peddling cookies and suffering through camping trips. Being in Girl Scouts taught me a lot and I am grateful for my time in the woods (it taught me I am NOT cut out for camping) and I am grateful for the friendships. Will I force my child to participate in this age old tradition of Smore's and cheesy campfire songs? Time will only tell.

We're Goin' on a Bear Hunt
